"Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do.
Don't wish it were easier; make yourself better."
MITCH CREEK
Mitch Creek (Creeky) is an Australian country kid now making it big in the world of professional basketball.
Mitch started training with Adam back in 2015. With a focus on his development in strength, power, agility and on court mobility, Mitch was able to transform his on court game.
Mitch is one of the hardest working humans to take part in Adam’s program; not only did he set the standard for athletic development in the gym, but he set the standard for putting in the hours outside of the gym.
Now Mitch has competed in the NBA Summer League with the Dallas Mavericks and realised a life-long dream by signing a deal with the Brooklyn Nets.
NATHAN SOBEY
Nathan Sobey (Sobz) is a man on a mission.
To most he comes across unfriendly, however I can tell you that he is just one very focused individual.
Nathan started training with Adam in 2016. Nathan already had incredible athleticism and great speed. Adam was able to bring those two together as well as combine them with functional strength.
Nathan went from a good player in the 16/17 season, to becoming one of the most exciting players to step on the court all within 12 months.
Nathan also got named in the Australian Boomers squad in 2017 as well as playing for the Utah Jazz in the NBA Summer League.
This further excelled Nathans game and although he still has that stern face, he carries with him that unwavering focus!
MATTHEW HODGSON
Matthew Hodgson (Hodgy) is the giant that any team would be lucky to have in their line up.
Matthew Spent a lot of time with Adam in 2017/2018 working on the minor imbalances to improve on those small 1%ers.
With knee injuries in his past there was a large focus on creating more stability in and around the knee. Matthew's determination made him a pleasure to work with.
Matthew has also been invited to NBA camps and has made the Australian Boomers squad to compete in the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers.
TERRANCE FERGUSON
Terrance Ferguson (T-Ferg) was the young rookie in 2016 that was thrown into professional basketball, right in the deep end.
Adam was able to hone in on what was needed to develop this young athlete into an NBA draft pick.
Terrance could jump over buildings in a single bound, the focus for T-Ferg was to build strength and joint stability to support that incredible power and vertical leap.
In 2017 T-Ferg was chosen as the Number 21 Draft Pick in the NBA, selected by Oklahoma City Thunder.
He instantly made an impact by showing the NBA how high he can actually jump to throw one down.
CASS HARTLEY
Cass Hartley is one of Adam’s longest-term clients.
This Aussie Rules Football star has defied father time not only playing into her 40’s but still dominating the league and racking up votes for league best and fairest and MVP’s.
Cass is a tireless worker, super competitive and obsessed with giving everything she does her all.
Adam’s job with Cass is to make sure her body is game ready every week. Planning out the off-season, pre-season and during season training schedule Adam is able to make sure Cass is always playing at her best and her body is always ready for the opening bounce each week.
JOSH CHILDRESS
After spending 10 years in the NBA with the Atlanta Hawks and Phoenix Suns, Chill made the move to the NBL here in Australia.
Josh has always been an explosive dynamic player that has an amazing ability to be able to get to the ring whilst fooling his opponents with his unpredictable Euro-step.
Josh started working with Adam at the age of 34 to work on his stability and balance to allow him to maintain his abilities that he has been known for throughout his career. Adam incorporated a variety of functional based multi-plane exercises to build on court strength and allow him to compete as one of the best players in the 17/18 NBL season.
SYDNEY WRIGHT
Sydney Wright (Syd) is an American import basketballer and has been training with Adam since 2016.
Starting at the age of 14, Sydney and Adam began training with building the fundamentals for sports specific movement.
As Sydney’s training age grew this developed into more explosive and strength-based work.
Sydney is an incredibly hard worker both on and off the court.
With American colleges looking at her very closely once she completes high school and ambitions of playing in the WNBA, Sydney’s basketball career is looking very bright.
