Adam will take your squad through testing, followed by strength and conditioning, position specific program design and run throughs.

If you’re not in a sporting club and prefer to train with others, this option is for you.
Make up your own - or join in on - a small group session (max 10 people) to share the benefits and education of what Adam has to offer.
Adam will take your group through a variety of different training modalities (weight lifting, plyometrics, circuits etc.) to improve your general health, performance, strength and fitness. You will also get a program to take home with you to continue your constant progression.
