A1. Trap bar deads⁣
B1. Dumbbell walking lunges⁣
C1. Cable high to low wood chops⁣
D1. Prone leg curls⁣ (not in slides)
D2. Windscreen wipers⁣
⁣
I’m using a rep range for strength/hypertrophy here, but can be done in any phase.⁣

The contrast here comes from A1. A strength based exercise focusing on higher loading followed by A2. an explosive ballistic exercise developing those Type 2X fibres.⁣

This is a more advanced style or athletic training especially with the complexity of the movement patterns, but Amelia is an advanced athlete!⁣
