Looking to get stronger, fitter, and more energised, all while training alongside like-minded individuals? At Adam Murphy Strength & Conditioning in Adelaide, we offer dynamic small group training sessions designed to bring variety, intensity, and results to your fitness routine.
Whether you form your own group or join an existing session (up to 10 participants), our small group training offers the same benefits and personalised coaching as one-on-one sessions but in a collaborative environment. You'll experience a range of training modalities including weight lifting, plyometrics, circuit training, and more, all aimed at enhancing your strength, performance, and overall health.
Our experienced coaches will guide your group through tailored workouts, ensuring each member benefits from expert coaching and effective programming. Plus, for added convenience, you’ll have the option to access your ongoing training plan via the Arc app, allowing you to track progress and stay on top of your goals between sessions.
With new programs launching every 5 weeks, and sessions available on Mondays and Thursdays, you’ll always have fresh, challenging workouts to keep you engaged.
